This is my mother and my father.They are really kind and friendly too.They like to wear adidas things like shirts,pants and even i buy a football ball.My mother name is maznah and my father name is yusari and my name is miraadibah.I have no things to say and bye.

Healty Eating

Hi everyone,

I'm mira i would like to share with you about the eating healty food.In the morning we have to eat our breakfast.This is what you can eat in the morning first a slice of bread,hot milo,milk,steam egg and many more.You cannot eat this food everytime like sweet,chocolate,mc donald,kfc,oily food,fried chicken and many food that people like to eat.It is important because it make our body grow and strong.You will die if you did not take care of our body.The benefits of eating fruits and vegetables are making your body healty and make your teeth grow stronger and nice.Fruit and vegetables are more important then other food.I will support the school because it make the children healty and strong.This like what Mr Derek Tan say and i have one too thisis what,when the child eat more fruits and vegetables the aunty or the uncle will give them card behide the card there is a questions they had to type the answer at phone if they have or write it at the board given.If they win they get some prize..

About my school holidays-march

Hi my lovely friend,

I'm going to share all about my school holidays .My family and i went to chalet we had a long jouney we had to take two bus to East Cost park,my father bought 10 pack of sweet drinks

and some snack.We took taxi because it was rainning we got there at 3.45

in the evenning.My mother went to the counter to take the key.I saw the

bed and i jump on it.My father told me that lets paly at the beach but it was rainning i went to the beach for a while suddenly there is a lightning my mother say that lets go because it has storm so mother and father and me run to goth swimming pool we had fun we went back to the chalet at 8.45pm then my aunty,uncle,uncle and his girlfriend at 9.03pm then my cousin came at 9.20pm.We play scrabble until 4.00am some of my family members are sleepping after that my aunty and uncle went back home.We all had a Good night sleep,zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz.the second day we pack little bit of our things we did not bath but we went to the beach and swimming pool we so so so so so so much fun my cousin father push her wife then my aunty wear my shirt because she has no shirt to wear.We went back at 10.30in the evenning.I bath with my cousin two things we do sing,play do things together.We pack our things after bath.

That was my holiday what is your school holiday!!

sports and school sports day

The sports day is on 6 march.I had attend the sport day.I find it is fun i can sit with my friend,shout,cheer and have fun.The interesting part is we were playing the giant ball i had a fun time because all the ruby teachers are playing too.They had to add more games and add more sports.Sport is uesful and fun because it is healty for us.I have not engage any sports because i can't run very fast.We make a cca that is sport like run,play basketball and more.The sport day is the best.!!
